Majlis by the Sea: Cancellation & Refund Policy

To maintain the quality, intimacy, and reliability of our gatherings, Majlis by the Sea operates under a strict cancellation and refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if an applicant is not selected to attend a gathering after submitting their application and payment.

If an applicant is accepted, all sales are final.

Cancellations

Once accepted, cancellations—regardless of reason—are not eligible for a refund.

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the Majlis by the Sea team. Approval is discretionary and subject to capacity, safety, and alignment with the curated guest experience.

Event Changes

Should Majlis by the Sea need to reschedule or cancel an event for operational reasons, all accepted applicants will be offered either:

Transfer to the new date, or

A full refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to make exceptions in extraordinary cases, at our sole discretion.
